Thank you for choosing Vagabondo Restobar! We truly appreciate your reservation and look forward to welcoming you. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before your visit.

Seating Times

To accommodate all reservations, the following dining times apply based on party size:

1–2 guests: 1 hour and 30 minutes

3–4 guests: 2 hours

5–6 guests: 2 hours and 30 minutes

7+ guests: 3 hours

Arrival & Grace Period

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.

After the grace period, your table may be released to another waiting party.

Due to consecutive reservations, extensions to your allotted dining time cannot be guaranteed.

Large Party Seating

Large parties will be seated once at least 50% of the group has arrived.

If fewer than 50% of the guests arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the reservation may be cancelled.

Please contact the restaurant in advance to confirm your final guest count so we can make the necessary seating arrangements.

Billing Policy

For parties of 10 or more guests, we can accommodate a maximum of three separate bills.

Credit Card Requirements & Cancellation Fees

A credit card is required to secure reservations for parties of 8 or more guests.

A fee of $25 per person will apply in the following circumstances:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.

No-shows.

Arriving with fewer guests than originally confirmed, unless the guest count was updated at least 24 hours before the reservation.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or allergies upon arrival so our team can assist you accordingly.

Gratuity

An automatic 20% gratuity will be applied to bills for parties of 6 or more guests.

Groups of 15+ Guests

Parties of 15 or more guests will receive an event contract outlining all relevant details, policies, deposit requirements, and available group or set-menu options.

Special Occasions

We love being part of your special moments! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another milestone, we’re delighted to help make your experience memorable.

Complimentary desserts are not provided for special occasions.

Guests are welcome to order from our dessert menu or bring their own cake, with no cake-cutting fee.

We recommend bringing cakes that can be stored at room temperature, as refrigeration space is limited.

To add a special touch to your celebration, sparklers are available for your cake upon request.

Children

While we do not provide high chairs or booster seats, we offer comfortable couch seating that may be suitable for families dining with children.

Corkage Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, subject to the following guidelines:

A $35 corkage fee applies per 750 mL bottle.

A maximum of three bottles is permitted per reservation.

Outside wines must not be listed on our current wine menu.
